Polio vaccine

In 1950 was discovered a vaccine against the Polio.It’s a disease which comes through mouth , when the virus grows it goes to the intestinal tract to the blood and so to the brain.
It kills the nerve cells of the muscles causing paralysis. In 1952 there were about 58000 cases of Polio and it was discovered first in animals and finally on all the children who then were made immune.
